As always, props to iclips for all their efforts. Regarding the negative comments about a free show: my concern is that iclips seems to want to develop a premium live service.. great idea! As of last night... the storm that rolled through.. knocked out something on the satellite DISH.. and we had to wait for a part to get brought into the fest..(should have happened this morning)... as of right now.. ive heard they are working on it... So im guessing the part has arrived.

Maybe I am just a little too crooked at this point in the evening, but suddenly it was all apparent – maybe I am just a little slow.

The website says that they are still filming, but experiencing weather difficulties. Also, most of the broadcasts for tonight were recorded earlier. So they must be storing the video files in an on site server and haven’t yet uploaded the content to their data center where the rest of their content is stored. They must be transmitting the previously recorded footage by satellite for both the live and prerecorded shows. Maybe it is intense cloud cover or maybe the moisture is causing transmission issues.

Or maybe they just forgot to put the videocassette into the VHS recorder. Disappointed, but still love iClips and really appreciate both free and premium broadcasts – just imagine if those sold out Phish or SCI shows were also broadcast live and in HD . . . I would pay for that regularly (hint, hint). Beats the hell out of reality TV or broadcast radio.

An ETA would be greatly appreciated.

I may be wrong but having watched iClips since I think even their very first broadcast, sometimes the order and the TBAs and everything have to do with getting band permissions, conflicts in bands at different stages etc. It's not always iClips choice....they are amazing to be letting us "be" at festivals we can't be at.
